Website and demo terms

The Vectis Front Desk website and demonstration explain a proposed business service. They are not an insurance agency, carrier, quote engine, coverage service, emergency line, or substitute for a licensed insurance professional.

No insurance transaction or advice

The demonstration cannot quote a premium, recommend or bind coverage, issue or alter a policy, confirm that a loss is covered, determine fault, accept payment, or complete a regulated insurance transaction. Example answers and agency names are fictional unless clearly identified otherwise.

Emergencies and claims

Do not rely on the website or demonstration for emergencies. Call 911 when anyone may be in danger or needs medical help. For a real claim, follow the instructions of the relevant agency or carrier.

Acceptable use

Do not submit confidential records, access credentials, malicious code, unlawful content, or another person’s sensitive information. Do not attempt to bypass controls, overload the service, or represent demo output as an authorized insurance statement.

Availability and accuracy

The demonstration may change or be unavailable. Vectis does not promise that demo content is complete, current, or suitable for a particular agency. A production deployment requires a separate written agreement, agency-approved content, testing, and go-live authorization.
